Pimpage and a Contest

Hello my beauties! It’s pimpage time here at the Emporium, and the pimp hand is smacking down stronger than ever, thanks to all that zumba I’ve been doing. Check out some of the books written either by Leaguers or those beloved of me:

How to Knit a Heart Back Home by Rachael Herron (Cypress Hollow Books #2)

Blurb: Lucy Harrison sells books by day and volunteers with the Cypress Hollow fire department by night. Her life is just the way she likes it—full, even-keeled, and smooth—until bad-boy ex-cop Owen Bancroft comes back to town. Lucy has always been fearless, never scared about diving in to help others. When it comes to risking her heart, however, she realizes she’s absolutely terrified.

In a small town like Cypress Hollow, everyone knows your business—and there is nowhere to hide. Then Lucy and Owen are thrown together by the discovery of the lost work of local legend, knitting guru Eliza Carpenter. Now Owen, adrift and struggling to redefine himself as a civilian without a badge, will have to learn how to open himself up to life’s new possibilities . . . while Lucy decides just how much of herself she’s willing to gamble on love

Never Again by Michelle Bardsley (Wizards of Nevermore #1)

Blurb: Welcome to Nevermore, Texas, population 503, where witches and wizards live side by side with humans, and where witch Lucy Rackmore is in trouble. Ever since her former lover snuffed out her magical abilities, everyone in town is looking to settle a score with her family. And Lucy’s only hope for survival may be her ex-brother-in-law-whom her sister betrayed and nearly killed.
“4.5 Stars! Top Pick! “This edgy and sexy series provides more evidence of Bardsley’s supreme storytelling chops!” ~ RT Book Reviews
Excerpt and more at Michele Bardsley’s site.
Accidentally Catty by Dakota Cassidy (The Accidental Series book #5)
Blurb: Katie Woods never thought she’d be forty-one, divorced, and thrust back into the dating world. To start fresh, Katie uproots her veterinary practice to upstate New York-not exactly the hottest dating scene on the planet. But when an unconscious cougar appears at her clinic, Katie’s newly single life gets a much needed jolt of the supernatural kind.
After Katie examines the cougar and leaves him caged overnight, she’s shocked to find a big strapping specimen of young, hot man in its place. And when the scratch she got during the exam results in some unnatural side effects, Katie has more to deal with then her animal attraction to a much younger guy-she has to figure how to stop herself from becoming a cougar of the four-legged variety.
Hell to Pay by Jackie Kessler (Hell on Earth #4)

Blurb: In this fourth and final Hell on Earth novel, everything changes.
After turning her back on Hell and becoming human, the former demon Jezebel – now the mortal dancer Jesse Harris – is ready to settle down with her true love, Paul Hamilton, and make with the Happily Ever After. But that’s not in the cards. Jesse is accidentally wielding her former Hellish power – with devastating results. Another former succubus has targeted Paul. Someone is killing the dancers at Jesse’s club. And the King of Hell is leading the world to the brink of Armageddon. All in all, it’s not looking good for Jesse, or for anyone she loves. And there’s going to be hell to pay.

Available at Barnes & Noble, Amazon and probably lots of other places…$2.99!

Iron Crowned by Richelle Mead (Dark Swan #3)
Blurb: Shaman-for-hire Eugenie Markham is the best at banishing entities trespassing in the mortal realm. But as the Thorn Land’s queen, she’s fast running out of ways to end the brutal war devastating her kingdom. Her only hope: the Iron Crown, a legendary object even the most powerful gentry fear. . .
Dead Waters by Anton Strout (Simon Canderous #4)

Blurb: Simon Canderous, of the Department of Extraordinary Affairs, is used to fighting vampires and zombies. But the strange murder of a professor has everyone stumped. And it’s making some people crazy. Literally.
“Simon Canderous is a reformed thief and a psychometrist. By turns despondent over his luck with the ladies (not always living) and his struggle with the hierarchy of his mysterious department (not always truthful), Simon’s life veers from crisis to crisis. Following Simon’s adventures is like being the pinball in an especially antic game, but it’s well worth the wear and tear.”  – Charlaine Harris, author of the Sookie Stackhouse series

Green-Eyed Demon by Jaye Wells (Sabine Kane #3)

Blurb: The clock is ticking for Sabina Kane. Her sister has been kidnapped by her grandmother, the Dark Races are on the brink of war, and a mysterious order is manipulating everyone behind the scenes.
Working on information provided by an unlikely ally, Sabina and her trusty sidekicks–a sexy mage named Adam Lazarus and Giguhl, a Mischief demon–head to New Orleans to begin the hunt for her sister. Once there, they must contend with belligerent werewolves, magic-wielding vampires and–perhaps most frightening of all–humans.
But as much as Sabina is focused on surviving the present, the past won’t be ignored. Before she can save those she cares about most, she must save herself from the ghosts of her past.
“From the opening page, the story hurtles along at full throttle. Yet it is not without its funny moments, like the evolution of ‘Team Awesome.’ A seriously wild ride! 4.5 Star Top Pick!” ~Romantic Times Book Reviews
Blackout by Rob Thurman (Cal Leandros Book #6)

Blurb: Half-human Cal Leandros has always walked a bloody line between keeping his mortal soul free and clear (sort of) and unleashing the horror of his otherworldly heritage. The one thing that’s always saved him is the memory of his brother, Niko, his friends, and those he loves… until now.Cal wakes up on a beach littered with the recently slaughtered remains of a variety of hideous creatures that were obviously looking for trouble. The fact that he was the one doing the slaughtering doesn’t bother him. The fact that he feels like a natural-born killer doesn’t either. What bothers him is that Cal doesn’t remember Cal anymore…

Inevitable by Michelle Rowen
Blurb: Paranormal investigator and erotic novelist Emma Black is at a masquerade ball and looking for a coveted lust potion. Unexpectedly, she bumps into her former partner, the ridiculously sexy (oh so sexy!) Ryan Shephard. And, for added bonus temptation points, the rare lust potion is splashed on both of them—with instantaneously hot results!

But is the incredible, mind-blowing sex between them only the result of the potion? Or are Emma and Ryan simply giving in to the inevitable?

“4 Stars! If you’re not afraid to set foot in X-Files/Fringe territory, you’ll enjoy this hot, sexy paranormal romance.” –RT Bookreviews

So many books! So little time!
But just to facilitate your reading, I’m going to do a CONTEST. It’s very similar to the CONTEST that Carolyn Crane is running, over at her site, because everything that Carolyn does, I want to do, too. That’s how much I adore Carolyn.
It’s also because I cribbed a lot of this release information from her website, as it’s that time of year again, and I’m in my grading oubliette. But I am citing my source, which is Carolyn Crane.
Anyway, the contest is THIS:
Comment here about which of these books you’re most looking forward to, and I will let the Contest Can choose a weiner NEXT Friday, March 11th, 2011. That weiner can pick any TWO of these titles, and I will have them Amazoned straight to you. You can also choose from any of my three titles that are currently in print, just in case you’re some straggler who wandered over here not even knowing who I am.
This contest IS international, so start a-commentin’! And don’t forget, you have until TOMORROW, Friday, March 4th, to comment on Sophie Littlefield’s guest post, below, to enter to win a signed copy of AFTERTIME!

  1. Has to be Green Eyed demon because

    1) anything for more Giguhl

    2) I really want to see what happens between Sabina & Adam

  2. I suppose I must read something until your next book comes out.*sigh* Accidentally Catty and Never Again sound interesting to me. I already bought and devoured Iron Crowned and Richelle Mead has yet to disappoint me. Thanks for the chance to win!

  3. I was so looking forward to Richelle Mead's Iron Crowned that I am already half through it!! And it is marvelous! A joyous day to all!!!

  4. Wow, I am not good at picking only 2?? I want to read all of them! I will say Never Again and Hell to Pay look interesting, but so does Those Who Fight Monsters, Green Eyed Demon and Iron Crowned. See hard to narrow it down!!

  5. I am looking foward to the Richelle Mead book, Iron Crowned. I've recently found Richelle and am loving her books. Green-Eyed Demon is on my wish list, too.

  6. Just pick two I'm looking forward to reading??? Oh geez, one of the hardest things to tell someone who loves to read!! Ok…here it goes….First pick? "Accidentally Catty" by Dakota Cassidy! Come on, what girl wouldn't want to wake up to find an attractive young man in a cage?? (Plus I loved the play on "cougar"..) And my second pick would be…. "Never Again" by Michelle Bardsley! Family drama + magical drama!! Yes please!!!! Very excited to go pick a couple of these books up!!!

(And IF I won, I'd have to pick Tracking the Tempest and Tempest Legacy, because I've got them on my "Nook" but would reallllly love a hard copy!!!!!)

  7. I am looking forward to reading Never Again by Michelle Bardsley. It looks really good and I will definitely be adding it to my to be read pile.

I recommend everyone else read Green Eyed Demon by Jaye Wells. The Sabina Kane books are excellent and GED is the best in the series so far.

Thanks for the contest Nicole Peeler.

  8. One? Pick ONE? How? Ummmmmmmmm…okay the Whedonista's book because a) I'm a geek and b) I hadn't heard of it and thus must regain my geeky creedo.

  9. Nicole, I already own autographed copies of all your books (thank so much)and looking at the list of offerings above I will be hard pressed to choose just two of them. But Never Again would be a wonderful book to win. Then I'd put the titles of the others on slips of paper and blind draw the second choice as they are all great books also.

  10. Carol: I hope it's smexy! 😉

Leigh Ann: LOL Love that response! And they DO all look good, don't they!

Jann: I need to read that series! It looks awesome!

Sandy: You don't REALLY need to narrow it down. 😉 You can read the all!

Jamie: I need to read this series, as well. I know I'll love it!

Grace: I LOVE Dakota's books, and this one sounds hilarious. And I blurbed Michele's, it's GREAT. But I do love your choices! 😉

Dawn: You're welcome! Great choice AND rec. 😉

    Claire: Yay for geeks! 😉

    Lisa: Bold choices. 😉

Thanks for pimping the pimpage, Nora! 😉

  11. There are some freaking awesome titles on here: Green Eyed Demon! Yeah , and Accidentaly Catty. Plus a little Iron Crowned and a pinch of Never Again and a side with Dead Waters top my book menu for this week.

Really I enjoy that whole buffet of reads, so this month I better work a double if I even want half 😉

  12. OH look at all the shiny covers!

I cannot wait for Dead Waters, Iron Crowned, and Never Again. I already have Green Eyed Demon because that series has been so great I bought it last week on order 😉

Thanks for the contest. I cannot wait to keep reading on what everyone is waiting for.

  13. Whoo hoo, your contest's rock as do you! I am with Leigh, have to read something until Jane rides again.

Never Again by Michelle Bardsley (Wizards of Nevermore #1)

Dead Waters by Anton Strout (Simon Canderous #4)

  14. Has to be "Blackout" – I just love Cal and Niko!!

    smaccall @ comcast.net

  15. Has to hmmm…..Iron Crowned. something to hold me over until Succubus Revealed comes out.

  16. Has to be Iron Crowned…I need to find out how Eugenie does with her handsome fairy king!!

  17. Definitely Accidentally Catty, but I'm interested in Whedonistas too since I absolutely loved Firefly!!!

  18. awesome ! NEVER AGAIN sounds sooo coool ! And i should totally start the new dark swan book!

  19. I am SO ready to read Iron Crowned by Richelle Mead. 2011 has been full of great reads, can't wait for another one.

    lostnthestacks(at)yahoo(dot)com

  20. Without hesitation, Iron Crowned! Richelle's books are awesome!!! I SO much want to read more Dorian and Eugenie's scenes! They're so great together!

  21. I read Iron Crowned in 2 days and it was fabulous just like all of Richelle Meads work! Can not wait til the next one!!!!

  22. I'm absolutely dying to read Richelle Mead's Iron Crowned, though you have picked some very intriguing titles here 🙂 Oh,so many releases,so little money! Lol.

Here's hoping the Gods of contests are smiling upon me 🙂

  23. Iron Crowned is by far the one I most look forward to reading. I've been a fan of Richelle's for a few years and am always impressed. Thanks to you, I now want to read Dead Waters. I read too few books with male leads…mainly because I'm a chick who enjoys books about badass chicks! Now that I've seen your page, I'd be very interested in reading some of your work. I'll be heading over to Amazon to see what you have instore for me. 😉

  24. All of the books look great, I would choose Never Again and Iron Crowned. I also haven't read any of yours and would love to :).

    Thanks for the contest.

  25. Oooo gracious…

I don't even know where to start!

I would have to say the book I am MOST looking forward to is Iron Crowned. Richelle is one of my favorite authors and I can't get my sticky not-so-little hands on it until next payday which is still a month away :S

Accidentally Catty looks hilarious! As soon as I read forty-one, divorced and dating in the same sentence, to be honest, I was a bit put off… That is my mothers age, and she has just begun dating again. I didn't see any appeal in reading about how her life could be playing out on the other side of the world. I read on though and now I REALLY want to read it, it sounds awesome.

Hell to pay is another that I would love to read, but I'm a stickler for reading in order. I haven't heard of this series before, although I have read Jackie's 'Hunger' which was awesome. REALLY want to read this one too.

Is it bad to admit I'm quite excited about Inevitable as well? 😛

There are so many I would love to read… I think I best get requesting at my library!

  26. hmmmm this is tricky…i don't know if i can choose only two:(

But I would say Iron Crowned cause I love Richelle Mead’s writing style and i have an entire bookshelf dedicated to her books(both in Greek and English!!!!)

and Accidentaly Catty cause I looooove the cover and the theme of this series!!!!!!!!!!!

  27. Most definitely "Iron Crowned". I have read and re read the first two books in this series and I'm excited to devour this new book. I wish I could be like Georgina in Richelle's other succubus series and only read 5 pages a day, but once I start I just can stop. Richelle Mead's books are my very own brand of heroin. 🙂 But its good for me!

  28. Hey!

Great list – it's so hard to pick just two titles! But I'm really excited about Green-Eyed Demon, which I'm currently reading and I must say, I love it and about Iron Crowned, which is sitting right next to me, waiting for me to dive in.:D

Anyways, if I won I'd love to have Tracking the Tempest and Tempest's Legacy. I really need to catch up!

Thank you for the giveaway and for making it International!;)

    xoxo

  29. I'm stuck between two books.

    The first being Iron Crowned.

And the second being Green-eyed Demon.

  30. IRON CROWNED is a must have book.Eugenie is such a badass girl that you can not love her!I'm a huge fan of Richelle, she's such a great writer and an amazing woman.I love all her books!

  31. IronCrowned xD

I always love Richelle Meads books!

    And, Never Again! 🙂

  32. Iron Crowned of course! I can't wait to find out what happens next to Eugenie! Richelle paints amazing pictures in every story! So excited!

  33. I've already read Never Again and it is awesome. Darn, this is so hard to choose just 2 choices. 🙁

I guess I'd choose Hell to Pay and Iron Crowned cuz the ladies are AWESOME. I have so many books on my TBB list it's sad. LOL

  34. I really can't wait to read Iron Crowned by Richelle Mead and Whedonistas: A Celebration of the Worlds of Joss Whedon by the Women Who Love Them sound really awesome for us Joss Whedon fans.

  35. Ahh it seems as though I am the token straggler 😉 Richelle Mead posted this page on facebook and I'm glad I clicked! I would like to put in for your first book. I am also a Maine native, like your main character 🙂 My second choice would be Accidentally Catty. I have never heard of the series but it sounds new and different, plus I am a hardcore animal lover. Thanks for posting these and introducing me to some new authors, including yourself! 🙂

  36. Iron Crowned is the one I have been really looking forward to, but have not purchased yet due to lack of extra funds 🙂

Also, I have been looking forward to Hell to Pay.

    Awesome contest 🙂

  37. Am dying to get my hands on Iron Crowned by Richelle Mead, love all of her books! Accidentally Catty sounds like fun too! So many great books to choose from! Spoilt for choice!

  38. Iron Crowned–i have been itching to see where this series is going to go next. That Whedonista book sounds pretty incredible too though!

  39. Richelle Mead Irown Crowned was AMAZING…I finished in less then 24 hours. It was sad that the book had to end.

  40. I bought iron crowned on my nook but I've yet the time to read it. Also I am looking forward to green eyed monster. It looks very interesting.

  41. "Never Again" sounds very interesting! I already have all of Richelle Mead's books!! For those of you who love her VA series, definitely check out the Dark Swan series, and the Georgina Kincaid series.. she is an amazing author 🙂

  42. I'm really looking forward to "Iron Crowned" by Richelle Mead. I've read the first few books of this series and am axiously waiting to read the next chapter. And "Never Again" by Michele Bardsley sounds like a great one too.

  43. Mmm books…I have quite a few of these in my tbr mountain, but would love to add the Strout and Herron.

  44. I would think Accidentally Catty! I keep meaning to try Dakota's books but still haven't gotten around to it yet! And I've already read Green-Eyed Demon of course! As well as Iron Crowned–finished that yesterday! Those Who Fight Monsters also sounds interesting, keep seeing a lot of that one!

  45. Hard to pick I love Dakota Cassidy and have Accidently Catty on my wish list so I would love to win that one. I also love Michele Bardsley and would love to check out Never Again. Then there is How to Knit a heart Back Home! I read the first in the series, How to Knit a Love Song and it was great! Awesome contest thanks for sharing some love!

  46. I'm hanging out to read Richelle's 'Iron Crowned' and i'd love to start Jaye Wells Sabina Kane series – so 'Green-Eyed Demon' would be my second choice!

  47. I admit, I'm a straggler. 🙂 How could I resist replying to a writer that refers to winners as wieners? It's priceless.

Anywho, I'm an avid reader and I have a love of all writing, particularly paranormal novels.

Out of the options above I'd like to read the enticingly suspenseful book, Hell to Pay, as well as Richelle Mead's Iron Crowned because Richelle doesn't fail to impress. But I'd really like to read your Jane True series because it looks like it'd rock my vampire novel loving world. 🙂

  48. Hello, i just heard about your books from Richelle Mead and they look Awesome!

I have already put your first book(Tempest Rising) on hold at the library. 😀

I think out of the list of books mentioned here i mostly want to read either Iron Crowned by Richelle Mead or Acidentally Catty by Dakota Cassidy. They just look absolutely Great! They should be fun reads!

I have Been wanting to find some more good books from the Paranormal Romance/ Urban Fantasy sections. Recently i have hit a plateau, When i first started reading these genre's i was overwhelmed by all the Beautiful/Wonderful choices. I never thought i would come to a point where there weren't any other books that i could curl up in a cozy chair with and just get sucked into the world the Author had created, and just totally forget about everything else. 😀

You're list has helped me discover some new books that i might not have ever found While doing my dance through the webs of blogs, websites, and videos about suggested books.

    ~Thank You Very Much

    Sincerely, Alicia J.

  49. I can't wait to read Iron Crowned by Richelle Mead. My fingers are crossed that I'll have time to read it this weekend. Thus far I've absolutely loved all of Mead's books and series! I also would really like to read Accidentally Catty! So many great books to read, too little time.

  50. Wow! So many new faces! Welcome, everyone, to the Emporium! Keep coming back, I do lots of contests and LOTS of pimpage. The pimp hand needs exercise quite often.

I like to try to to respond to everyone individually, but I don't think I can do that in this case. So welcome, everyone! And good luck in the contest!

  51. Well, I happen to be one of those random people who just fell upon your site through the wonders of twitter!

I'm looking forward to reading the Iron crowned series as I have just finished Richelle Meads vampire academy series which I loved so much have rushed out to buy them all to read again!!

List looks great for some new authors for me & I'll have to try yours too 😉

    Thank you!!

  52. I am so glad I stumbled across your site! 🙂

I am most looking forward to Iron Crown and Hell to Pay!!

    Thanks for the post. 🙂

    xoxo veronica

  53. Out of those, I'm most looking forward to Dead Waters. But now I'm intrigued by Never Again and Iron Crowned. I think I'm going to have to get into some new series, since both have apparently slipped under my radar. At least Never Again is a first volume so I don't have to catch up.

  54. Wow all these books sound fantastic! But if I had to choose one it would be ron Crowned by Richelle Mead (Dark Swan #3). I have read all of Richelle Meads series and they are fantastic! she is very talented and a inspiration. So that is the book I choose, but even so I will definately look in to all of these other books 🙂

  55. I would love to read Richelle Mead's Iron Crowned, Green-Eyed Demon by Jaye Wells!!!, and most of all 'How to Knit a Heart Back Home', because i feel like i can relate to Lucy:)—–Thanx!!!

  56. There are some awesome looking books on that list but I think the one I'm looking forward to the most would have to be Iron Crowned, it's been a while since I had my last Richelle Mead fix & I'm ready for another one LOL

  57. OMG, I have no idea. I suppose that NEVER AGAIN, TAKE ME (it's not listed here but it's on Carolyn Crane's list, so…), INSATIABLE and THOSE WHO HUNT MONSTERS top the list. I think. Maybe. I dunno.

    Thanks for the post!

    xox Calliope

  58. I'm looking forward to Iron Crowned–I love Richelle Mead's work! I'm also interested in Whedonistas; it looks like an interesting mix of essays.

  59. Oh my, just pick two books? It’s so difficult. I’m so indecisive and so many of the books look so good. The books that spark my interest are: Never Again by Michelle Bardsley, Accidentally Catty by Dakota Cassidy, Iron Crowned by Richelle Mead, and Green-Eyed Demon by Jaye Wells.

I have never heard of your work before this, so your book Tempest Rising seems very interesting to me. If I won I guess I would choose: 1. Iron Crowned by Richelle Mead, because Richelle Mead is awesome and 2. Tempest Rising because the premise interests me. I had never heard of Selkies before. It saddens me to just choose two books, but I had to do it.

  60. I'm most looking forward to "Iron Crowned" by Richelle Mead I guess, though some of the other titles are tempting too, namely "Those who Fight Monsters" and "Whedonistas" xD

  61. I have been waiting forever for Iron Crowned!!! I loved the first two! But now that it's come out I've been too busy to get it to read! :-

  62. wow great titles!! aarrrgh! i want Richelle Mead's Iron Crowned and Never Again by Michelle Bardsley!! i wanna wiiiiiin!!!!

  63. I've got to read Michele Bardsley's Never Again. That's my number 1 choice above. I love her Broken Heart series and am sure this new series will be another winner! I also love Richelle Mead… I will have to read her series that includes Iron Crowned. I love Dakota Cassidy's books too but have missed the series that includes her new book… So I have so much reading to catch up on!

  64. I can't wait for Jaye Wells' book and Richelle Mead's, but since I already have Jaye's (and can't read it yet!), I would want Richelle's and Michelle Beardsley's. They both sound so good!

  65. I have to pick 2. How to Knit a Heart Back Home by Rachael Herron recently read the first one and loved it. And I love the Hell on Earth series so Hell to Pay by Jackie Kessler. Now I have to go look for a Richelle Mead book, I haven't read her and after reading the comments, I feel like I must.

  66. Richelle Mead's forthcoming Iron Crowned is the book I am currently most highly anticipating. The previous two books in the series were fresh, lively and had a seriously kick-ass heroine with really human flaws. I can't wait to see what happens next as well as how the characters that Richelle Mead has brought so thoroughly to life develope in this next book. Mostly, read a lot of books in this genre and this one one of the outstanding series. I am also salivating to get my hands on How To Knit A Heart Back Home, by Rachel Herron, which like Iron Crowned I can't get in England yet! I originally read this series because I am an avid knitter and was intrigued by the mix of knitting and mystery. After falling in love with the first book and the very entertaining setting I am eager to get my hands on this and even take a break from the knitting to do so!!

  67. Im personally looking forward to Iron Crowned by Richelle Mead. I love all of her books, and I have yet to read it.

  68. Never Again by Michelle Bardsley seems amazing!! I feel like it's exactly what I need to get out of the same three series! Inevitable seems like a great read, too! Hope I win!! I would love some knew goodies! Love your books too Nicole!! xoxo!! -Kat!

  69. I would love to get a hold of Accidentally Catty, I would love to add this to all my others. Thanks for the great contest, so cool.

  70. I'm REALLY looking forward to reading Iron Crowned by Richelle Mead. I started reading this series a while back but I haven't had a chance to buy this book yet.

  71. I would very much appreciate Iron Crowned by Richelle Mead. And after browsing through your website, I found Tempest Rising very interesing and would love to see what happens. Thx 🙂

  72. Well i have to say that Iron Crowned by Richelle Mead is one of the best books i have read . I had finished to read VAMPIRE ACADEMY series and i was looking for more Richelle and i found it.I´m team DORIAN!! and I Love Richelle Mead!!

    Thanks a lot!

  73. 1) Iron Crown: Iron Crown would be my first choice, I have read Richelle's other series and loved them, but I haven't read this one yet. And it takes place in Tucson, AZ where I used to live and desperately miss.

    2) Tempest Rising: I haven't read your books, but they are on my reading list,so Tempist Rising would be my second choice. I have heard great things about your work, and selkies are a new supernatural species to me which makes me want to read Tempist Rising even more!

  74. feeling a bit of guilt, I am a straggler. Learned of your site and books from Richelle's page.

Iron Crowned I am really looking forward to readin

    Thanks 🙂

  75. i can´t wait to devour Hell to Pay an i´m also looking forward for Iron Crowned, i do love Richelle and all her work.

but being true to my self i will read all these books as soon as posible:)

  76. OMG Yes, an international compitition!

Iron Crowned and Accidently Catty cause I can't just choose one and that is because it is too difficult to just choose one.

  77. They all sound so great, but Michelle Bardsley Wizards of Nevermore #1, and Inevitable by Michelle Rowensince, since they are the first one in the series and would like to discover new authors formyself! Tough choices, since all the authors I've either read or haven't, seem/are brilliant! Hell, I'll go for any of the listed above books.

  78. I am sooo looking forward to Iron Crowned… Amazon doesnt sell it here yet *sigh*

But having read your blog… Hell to pay sounds pretty interesting too… So many books, so little time! 🙁

  79. I LOVE all of richelle meads books especially the dark swan series, i think they're amazing even though i haven't read iron crowned yet which is soo wrong! Also never again by michele bardsley looks and sounds great 🙂

  80. I'm gonna say AFTER HOURS: TALES FROM THE UR-BAR because I just went back to school, & I don't have time to read a book, short-stories are right up my ally LOL 🙂

  81. I was very much awaiting Iron Crowned to find out the latest with Eugie. And Richelle didn't disappoint (not that I ever could believe she *could* disappoint). Holy moly, what a ride! I now want book 4…like RIGHT NOW!

  82. DON'T ENTER ME, 'cause I just won something from you recently, but OMG lovin' on the Whedonistas!!!!!!!

ALSO, the Wizards of Nevermore series looks fun mostly because it's set in Texas and all witchy fun'n stuff(the cover, however, is uber-cheesy). I think I will go immediately to B&N and do some damage to my checking account!

  83. I'm definitely looking forward to Green-Eyed Demon. I already have it on order. Next would be Wheatonistas…I love me some Buffy & Joss. 🙂

  84. I looked forward to Richelle Mead's Iron Crowned because I just love all her books! Will start reading my copy soon.

If I were to pick, I would want Hell to Pay and Green-Eyed Demon

  85. Excellent choices but my top pick would be Iron Crowned, gotta see what happens next with Eugenie. Thanks for the contest!

  86. International contest!! *-* Well, I´m stoked to read Accidentally Catty by Dakota Cassidy and for my second book, I want one of yours (of course). *-*

    Thanks for the contest! *-*

  87. Really looking forward to Iron Crowned by Richelle Mead

Also Never again by Michelle Bardsley

  88. I have bee most looking forward to Iron Crowned by Richelle Mead.

It would be amazing to win it because 99% of the bookstores in Sydney (Australia) don't stock the Dark Swan series so I will have to order it online like I did with Storm Born and Thorn Queen – which I have been waiting 2 weeks for 🙁

  89. I was waiting for Iron Crowned. All of the books posted look interesting though.

  90. Well my choice was going to be the tiara-wearing Mzzzzzzzz Cassidy's book…until I saw Whedonistas and squealed so loud that all the neighborhood dogs are now in my front yard. I also may or may not still post on a Buffy board. *shifty eyes*
