Hey folks! Tempest Reborn is coming out THIS TUESDAY, May 28th. Can you believe it? I can’t.

In the meantime, I’m all moved in to my new home. It’s gorgeous, and I’m almost unpacked since Friday. Just some last few book boxes need put away, and then I can start painting, hanging pictures, et cetera.

But the move was definitely the right one. I feel so at home here, it’s ridiculous. And the community has been so welcoming. I’d made a few friends who live very nearby, and they’ve introduced me to more friends, who’ve introduce me to more friends… I’m feeling incredibly welcome and lucky.

It’s also just a lovely, friendly, diverse neighborhood in general, and I feel so inspired living here. My summer break has already settled into a bit of a routine, despite only moving Friday, and I’m writing every day and going to the gym, and all the other things I wanted to really focus on. So I’m a very happy, fulfilled bear at the moment.

I’m also incredibly sore, between the move and my new trainer kicking my ass two days in a row. Advil and I have become very good friends.

So Imma go shower and take more Advil, and then maybe die a tiny bit. 😉 But I’m so excited for the release of the book, and the release party, and I hope to see some of you there. I can’t remember if I’ve ever done an event by myself, but I don’t think I have. Who knows what will happen. It’ll probably be me and three boxes of wine, talking to myself. Which actually sounds kinda fun, now that I think about it…….
